Post Acute Rehabilitation:

At Southpoint Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, our Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy programs are dedicated to ensure our patients with a timely return to normal activities to daily life. We offer personalized rehab and therapy programs 6 days a week to aid in your recovery. Our licensed therapists offer the most aggressive therapies to accommodate your needs.

Stroke Rehabilitation:

After a stroke, our clinical team at Southpoint works with you to regain your independence. Southpoint's team of professionals focuses on the physical and emotional issues that may result from a stroke. We provide therapies from swallowing and nutrition issues of speech and cognition enhancement.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Program:

This program is designed to assure recovery and comfort from conditions that compromise their ability to function independently. Our individualized conditioning services will promote acceptable cardiopulmonary functioning to encourage wellness. We provide rehabilitation services to patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Post Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, Ventricular Assist Devices, Heart Attack and other Cardiac Diseases.

NEW! Peritoneal Dialysis:

Patients may now be able to avoid hospitalization or the need to receive care at a dialysis center, if their physician recommends peritoneal dialysis. They'll receive treatment at their bedside and during off-hours can participate in recreational, rehabilitative or other therapeutic activities. Our nephrologist helps coordinate a clinical management team and oversees care.
